After sharing a scan, it disappears from the app.

I am running the Adobe Scan App on an Apple Iphone (IOS).  It's version 21.10.26.  It used to work great, but for the last several months (it's taken me that long to figure out what was happening), it is removing scans from the app after I share them.  I like to share by sending a copy.  Can this be turned off? I don't want them removed after I share them.

Could you please share the iOS version of your iPhone, this will help us determine if there are any known compatibility issues.

 

In the meantime, I recommend updating the Adobe Scan app to the latest version (24.08.13) available on the App Store. After updating, please reboot your device to ensure the new settings take effect. This step often resolves common issues.

 

If the problem continues after updating and rebooting, it would be extremely helpful if you could provide a short video recording. Please capture the steps you're taking to share the PDF file and the moment the issue occurs. This will allow us to see exactly what's happening and provide more accurate assistance.
