all adobe scan app scanned documents went missing

all of a sudden all the documents i scanned through adobe scan went missing. i even logged in using my computer onto document cloud and can't find it there too. this is very annoying. please help.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Can you check if you are logged in with the same e-mail address where you have your active subscription?

 

 Also, please update the application to the latest version and then check once.

Unfortunately even after I installed the app my documents are missing.

Please see what can be done to retrieve back my documents.

Please let me know what info you need from me.
