All files disappeared

I've scanned all my medical documents in March. Now, I'm trying to retrieve the scanned files but to my surprise, all scans disappeared. I'm using the same device and the same account details to login. Please help as it contains some very important medical documents which I need on urgent basis.

your help would be invaluable.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Would you mind sharing more details of your account and the files you saved so we can check further?

Also, while you do so, we suggest you check on the online portal to see if the files are there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/  within the My Scans folder.

 

If you do not see the files there, please clear the cache and browsing history from your system and then try logging in to your account and check again.
