I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Are you getting a blank screen when opening Adobe Scan? If yes, please try the below steps:

1. Log out of the application;

2. Restart your device;

3. Log back in with the same credentials.

 

Also, you might want to check whether the files are available on Adobe Cloud Storage: https://acrobat.adobe.com/

I had the same problem, did what you suggested but still all my files are gone and the adoble cloud storage is empty now

Hi Eduardo,

 

I am sorry for your experience. Are you using the same email address when logging in to the cloud? If you use Google ID or Apple ID on sign in, please check you use the same method when signing in on the website as well.
