All of my scans (ones that I have saved) have disappeared and they aren’t in Adobe acrobat

i recently switched phones and have been working on a project and habe approximately 800 scanned documents saved into my account. When I switched phones and tried to continue on the project, all of the scans have disappeared. I can’t look on my old phone because I erased it and sent it back to my carrier. I already checked on my adobe cloud and in the adobe scan folder. They aren’t anywhere.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned that you have saved the files after scanning, then they should be in your Document Cloud.

Please make sure that you are using the same Adobe ID that you used in your old device.

Changing of the device does not remove or delete the already saved files on Document Cloud.

It may be possible that you are using another account log-in details.

Please let us know if you ever checked the files on Document Cloud before changing the device.

Try once to check the file here https://cloud.acrobat.com/.

Use the same Adobe ID that you used for Adobe Scan on the old device.

Let us know if you experience any issue.
