Already bought a subscribtion, but still cant use premium features

I have bought a yearly subscription, the payment went through successfully, but i still to this day cant use the premium features !!!

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active/paid subscription.

 

Please try to restore the purchase and reboot the app and see if that works.  Tap on Profile > Subscription > Restore Purchase

 

Also, if you may have used a different Email to purchase the subscription, kindly let us know so we can further track the subscription for you.

Hello and thanks for the reply.
So i have bought a premium yearly subscription. I have the "Restore
subscription" tried. It says : "You are signed in as
[P.I removed by Moderator]
There is an active subscription in Google Play for a different account.
Sign out, sign in with that account and try restore purchase again."
I logged out and in again and it still doesnt work!!!

The Subscription in Google Play is too in the same Email
[P.I removed by Moderator]
I have checked in the bank the payment went through successfully. What
should i do now ?

Hi there

 

Could you please share the order number for your purchase so we can look into it further? It would also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the purchase confirmation from Google, clearly showing the order number and other relevant details.
