Anzeige von Scans in App nicht möglich

Wenn ich mir ein eingescanntes Bild anzeigen lassen möchte, tippe ich in der app auf den Scan. Es steht da allerdings nur dass es geladen wird und es öffnet sich nichts. Vor 1 Woche ging das noch ohne Probleme. Ich habe mich bereits ausgeloggt und eingeloggt und sogar die App deinstallieren und wieder neu installiert. Leider keine Veränderung. Ich bitte um Support.

now it works as it should. I changed nothing. The Ticket can be closed.

Android version?
Application version?
Is it happening with a particular scan or with all scans?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
