API for Adobe scan

Hi, 

 

I would like to know is there any APIs available which does the same feature as adobe scan. That means, my input for the API will be an image(base64) and the output will be a pdf file. The output PDF file would be perfect(Sized cropped, highlighted text, etc) as a document scanned from the adobe scan.
