Aplicativo apagou minha digitalização

Estava digitaoizando um livro de 400 páginas, quando estava terminando, faltando apenas 5 páginas para finalizar o aplicativo simplesmente deu erro e apagou toda digitalização que já tinha feito, perdi tudo🙎

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

From the description, it seems that you encountered an issue with system memory overload.

In such situations, it is very difficult for Adobe Scan to keep hold of the file as your device would automatically try to offload any app which is cauing the overload.

 

However, Adobe scan should've allowed you to continue with your scan for the first instance you launch the app. Please let us know if this wasn't the case.

Also, for reference, we would suggest scanning in small chunks of pages, and later combining them to create the complete file.

 

This helps in preventing such issues with memory overload or app crashes.
