Question

App adds huge margins when I Air-Print from iPhone now?

I've used this app on my iPhone 6 with iOS 11 for about a year with no issues, but after the recent update to 12, my scans air print with huge margins, and the document size is shrunk within the page. Sometimes it's as much as 75% smaller,  though mostly it's 25% or so. I can't find a setting for this and the small print makes the app practically useless for my needs.

Help?

I've been having the exact same issue.  I also have an iPhone 6S and have been using Adobe Scan successfully since I downloaded the app until approximately December 2019.  Now my PDFs have shrunk to about 25% of the normal size.  Did you ever find a solution?  I've read on another forum where the CSR suggested logging out of the app, uninstalling it, then refresh the device by shutting it down, only to install the app again and login.  I've done this, but it didn't work for me, yet it has worked for others.  You might have better luck.

Unfortunately no, I did not find a solution with Adobe Scan.

Fortunately with the most recent iOS update, the iPhone photos app is much
more usable. Now I just make the edits that I need to make in that app and
I print directly from Photos instead, so I get a full-size image that way.

Give it a try, you can straighten skewed borders, you can crop, and you can
filter so that you get the stark contrast you need for a completely white
background with black lettering.

So sad we no longer have the ease of a single click. 😕😕
