App adobe scan stürzt ab - iPhone 12 pro max, neues Software 15.2.1

ich habe heute morgen ca. 20 Seiten gescannt und beim Speichern ist die app abgestürzt, seitdem kann ich sie nicht mehr starten. Ich habe schon probiert, die App ganz zu schließen, es hat nicht geholfen. Hat jemand eine Idee für mich? DANKE

As mentioned that the Scan app crashed and now it does not start. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version?

2. Is it now crashing immediately after launch?

3. If possible, could you share a screen recording video of the issue?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.

Hallo,

i don´t know the exact version - where in the iphone i can see that? The app doesn´t start anymore, so i can´t look in the app itself

when I want to start the app, there is for a half second the beginning screen and than it goes back to the homescreen. I have know chance to take a Video, sorry

Our team is working on a fix for this issue. It could happen while modifying scans and saving, which has lots of pages in there that will excess memory usage. The workaround is to delete Scan App and re-install it.
