App consistently quits in the middle of capturing documents

I currently have the latest version of the app (just updated yesterday) but the app quits on me while in the middle of capturing documents. The screen goes black, the app quits, and when I log back in nothing is saved. It has never done this before. Possible bug in the new version? Or is there another way of fixing this problem?

Hi Alanai,

Could you please confirm application version and iOS version installed on the device? To check the version, you may refer to steps given in this link: Troubleshooting — Adobe Scan Help

Also, try rebooting the device if you haven't already and check if that resolves the issue.
