App crashing horribly

The app is brilliant and used to be extremely useful— until now. After scanning a few lenghty documents back to back, the app started crashing horribly. It freezes and crashes within 3-4 seconds of opening the app every time. I tried restarting the phone but nothing has helped so far. Can this issue please be fixed? I’m quite satisfied with the app otherwise but I cannot even open the app anymore.

Hi Scanuser,

Please try once to uninstall the application.

Sign out from the application and then uninstall it.

Reboot the device and then re-install the application.

Check if that makes any difference.

If the application still crashes, please share the details as asked below;

- Application version

- Make and model of the device

- OS version installed on the device

Hello,

I tried reinstalling the app but the app starts crashing again everytime

when I add a few scans.

Application Version: most recent one

Iphone XS

IOS 12.0.1
