App keeps logging me off

Hello, how can I prevent the app from logging me off each time? It's cumbersome having to re-enter credentials each time.i need to scan. Thanks.

Would you mind trying to uninstall the app and then reinstall?

Note: Doing this will remove any unsaved data. Please make sure to keep a backup to prevent this.

It logs me off daily. It is very annoying. If i neednto secise i will turn on my app lock. No need to sign me out.

I've been having this problem for the past couple of weeks.

Pixel 2 XL (Android ver 8.1.0 with Feb 5 security patch)

Adobe Scan version 18.01.31

I had been quite merrily using the app, with no issues, but now for some reason, I too have to login at least once a day.

It is still a really great app, nonetheless, but this constant re-logging is insufferable.

I have the same issue and it's getting really annoying because sometimes I need to use when I'm offline
