Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Do you experience crashes on any specific workflow that you follow? Also, do you scan multiple pages at once (for example, more than 100 pages per scan session)? This could be a possible reason for the app crashing due to memory overload.

Please share a screen recording of the entire workflow for better understanding and assistance.
