App stürzt ab

Hallo, eigentlich war ich immer sehr zufrieden mit der App Adobe Scans, aber seit einigen Tagen kann ich die App nicht mehr benutzen. Was sehr ärgerlich ist da ich einige wichtige Dokumente gescannt habe auf die ich nun keinen Zugriff mehr habe. Auch nach updaten meines Ipads funktioniert die App nicht. Sie stürzt direkt nach dem Öffnen ab. Ist in dieser Hinsicht bald ein Update geplant? Vielen Dank

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in response.

The Adobe Scan application saves the scanned PDF directly to Adobe Document Cloud as PDF.

You can access all your scanned PDFs online on Document Cloud.

Open this link Adobe Document Cloud and sign in with the same Adobe ID (email address) that you used for Adobe Scan application.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder. You will find all the scanned PDFs listed there.

As the application is crashing on your device, try to re-install the application.

Uninstall the application and reboot the device.

Then go to app store and re-install the application. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the application.
