App unable to capture the document both in auto-scan as well as manual click

Adobe Sacn was working perfectly, then all of a sudden while scanning a document, the scanner scanned it by the photo didn't click. I tried clicking photos from my camera and it works fine. I have restarted my phone several times. But still it did not work. Moreover I am unable to click photos manually in the app. Please help....

As per the issue description that the camera button doesn't work while trying to scan. We have tried to reproduce the issue but it works fine. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Make and model of your device?

2. Application version?

3. OS version?

4. If possible, could you share a video of the issue?

Kindly check if there is an update available and update the application.
