I keep getting this message

access denied 

You no longer have access to this service. Please contact adobe customer support if you believe this is an error.

May I know when are you getting "Access Denied Message"? Which iOS version you are using and what are your device specifications?

 

Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.
