ASAP nothing can be created

It worked fine before this happened - I can't seem to create any scanned file at all! When I finish scanning and tap "save PDF", the app will go back to main page with nothing showing up.

The set up is correct, my device is fine.

The issue only occurs when I'm signed in as this account, there's no problem when I use another account on the same device.

please fix this, it is very annoying and this issue has persisted for a few months now
