Authorization Error 403 on ios

I've downloaded the Adobe scan app and when i try to open it to sign in with my company info, I get this error. I am then sent to the Google Device Policy app and select the option to open. After that, it still won't let me open the app. Help! I need this app for work and dont want to spend $$ on a scanner.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?

 

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Reboot your device.

We have an iphone X and an iphone 12.

How can I locate the application version?

If you need to call me, please do so. It may be easier to get this
resolved.
