Auto-color

Per the description, I understand that you want to disable the auto-color filter. 

The feature is kept to auto-color so the scans can be visible better and more vibrant. If you want to change the color filter for all your pages at once, you can go to Filters-> change the filter-> enable the button that says Apply to all pages.
