Auto deleted my Adobe scan documents how to restore

I am using Adobe scan frequently now today as I have used the app my all past documents got erase and it was very important how can I restore the vanish documents of my Adobe scan files please help

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

     

    From the description, are you not able to see your files in the app or did you delete the files which you need to restore?

     

    Getting more clarity on the situation would give me a better understanding for further troubleshoting. In the meantime, you can check the Adobe Web Portal and see if the files are available there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder.
