Question

Automatic border detection is broken.

I used to scan photos of presentations during lectures and turn them into PDFs for months. After the recent updates, app doesn't detect any borders at all. I have to manually select the borders every time now. Why something that worked seemlessly doesn't work now?

Hi,

Sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Can you please let us know the OS and device model and also please ensure that auto capture is enabled at your end(An option present on scan screen at 2nd place from left)

Regards,

I'm using an iPhone 7 Plus but my friends using Android/other iPhone's are facing the same issue. Auto capture is enabled. After importing/capturing the images, while editing, pressing auto-detect (inside the "crop" option) doesn't work for me either, giving me "No edges detected" error or detecting wrong edges.

Hi,

Can you please confirm that if all the other parts of the app are working as intended or not?
