Billing without my permission

Hello , I was trying out the premium subscription and while I cancelled my subscription before the normal billing day , Adobe charged my card normally. I do not wish to have the premium membership and would like a refund back to my card .

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.
