Black screen on scan download !

Just downloaded Adobe scan. No doubt paid for!  Already have Adobe. But scan on both just has a black screen when opening so.    help !

i have an iphone 5s and it works well for me.  i can't say why you're having a problem, but try signing in with your adobe id.

i tried signing in using google and got the black screen (several times). i went to the adobe website and signed in using google, and the next launch of the app on my iphone worked just fine.

Force close the Scanner app then restart - you will need to go through a couple more login checks then allow camera access and it works perfectly on iphone X. Hope this helps

Thanks to kglad and alpsp.  I originally had an adobe account under my gmail name as a result of logging in through google, but no adobe password.  I finally got the adobe password by doing a change-password, and after I logged on with the adobe password the app asked for camera access, and the app seems to work now.  I also noted that they gave me an adobe screen name but then posted my query with my full name from google.  The login-with-google process seems to be a little buggy.

    Likewise, 3/15/2018.  Downloaded twice on iphone6s ios10.3.2.  Opened and asked for sign in.  Signed in with google.  App gives black screen every time I open it.  It is not listed in settings, and does not request access to the camera.  What gives?
