Bluetooth remote - changing sounds in Adobe volume in Adobe Scan

Hi,

I have a blue tooth remote and have been trying to use it help me capture when scanning documents. I'm working on an iPhone 16, and for some reason it is changing the volume settings. I have turned off the settings that allow you to change the volume with the side button, restarted the phone and app - nothing is fixing it.

I tried the remote in adobe photoshop and it captures. What is going on?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Are you able to use the remote to capture images on the native iPhone camera application? If yes, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Adobe Scan you are using (go to Home > Profile > About Adobe Scan);

2. The iOS version of your device;

3. The Bluetooth remote manufacturer and model.
