Blurry text & image Adobe Scan on Android

Hi all. I have been using Adobe scan on Android for almost a year now ( Samsung S7 edge, Android 7.0) with good image quality. However in the last week or so the quality of the pictures/ images decreased and now they are all blurry. I have installed and tried other apps like Genius scan or Camscanner and the quality there is much better, so the issue is not related to my phone. I tried to uninstall and re install back Adobe scan but the issue is still there... Does anybody have this issue as well? was there a recent upgrade to the soft that is affecting certain android versions?
