Book scans give error and does not scan

When I try to scan a book, the app does not allow me to capture the images and gives an error that kicks me out of the app completely

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan!

 

Would you mind sharing a few more details for further investigation:

1. The app version of Adobe Scan you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The OS [Android/iOS] of your device and its version;

3. Do you see the error only when using the book mode or every other mode?

@Lerise36773670bij3 Would you mind trying to perform the scan again and let us know if it works?

 

If not, do you see this every time you try to use the book mode?
