Do you still experience the issue? Would you mind going to your App Store and checking for updates to the application?

If yes, please share the below details for further investigation:

1. The app version number you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Adobe Scan);

2. The device you are using and its OS;

3. A screen recording of the entire event for better understanding and testing in-house.
