Opłaciłem subskrypcję roczną - płatność za pośrednictwem google pay 12.05.2026. Jednak dziś subskrypcja wygasła. Bardzo proszę o wyjaśnienie.

    The Google Play Store order number is:

    GPA.3361-5616-2295-30091.3

    The transaction relates to Scan Premium Yearly (Adobe Scan AI PDF Scanner, OCR), charged on Tuesday, 12 May, in the amount of PLN 144.99.

    I am attaching screenshots of the Google Play transaction details so your billing team can trace the payment.

    I have checked the receipt and it doesn’t say anything about the Adobe Subscription, could you please share the GPA (Google Play Store Order Number) so we can get it traced by our billing team.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

     

    I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this and found that you have purchased the Adobe Scan plan with 7 day trial. 

    As mentioned you were charged on 12th of May, have you recently raised the cancellation request for the plan. If not  could you please share the screenshot of the payment receipt via private message so we can get this checked further.
