Business card all detais and select where to save

I tried use scan to transform the busonesscards in my adress book. I have 2 questions. 

1: how can I select which adressbook to choose (samsung g s 10)?

2: it only transfors Name, email and Phonenr. Not adress and such. How can O adapt this?
