Can Adobe provide a document scaning API ?

I want an api where it takes an image and scan a document from that image. Can adobe provide its scanner api?

Thankyou for your response,
I want to upload  images (.png, .jpeg, .jpg) and wants to scan document from that image. Is there any API available for this. Please let me know its very important for me.
