Can Adobe scan be used for A1 and A2 files/documents?

I am trying to use Adobe Scan to scan A1 and A2 drawings to pdf. After sent the file will print out OK, but when trying to scale looking at the image on a screen, measuring tool does not seem to correspond? Is there a setting for these size drawings within Adobe Scan?
