Can’t find my previous scans

I've scanned in several docs over the course of several months but now the app made me sign in & provide my DOB and NONE of them are there now???

"You don't have any scans"

where can I find them???

    My pdf's are missing as well.

    The same thing just happened to me. I was saving a rather large scan to PDF and all of a sudden, it stopped saving and now showing that the scan doesn't exit. Please advise on how to retrieve--there has to be a way to get it back.
