Can't find my scanned documents

hello,

On the 17th of January I scanned many documents on my mobile adobe scan app and saved them as pdfs but I can no longer find them on my phone. Please, help me find them because I really need those files.

The same thing happened to me. The last time it happened the scans reappeared later. Now my scans from last week are missing. Very frustrating to lose important documents.
