Can’t find old scans

I've been trying to view the old scans that I took in 2023. However, they don't appear anywhere. I've changed from viewing recents, to "view all", but it's as if they never existed. Is there a way I can see all of my older scans?

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

     

    Would you mind trying to log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents in the Adobe Scan folder to see if the files are available there?

     

    If so, I suggest checking the Adobe ID with which you are logged in to your device.
