Can’t find scans

I have used adobe scan before but my docs aren’t showing up anymore. It says it keeps saving my PDF’s but I can’t find them. Any idea where they are or why they aren’t uploading?

I'm having the same problem. I saved several as pdf's last Friday and now they are gone.

I'm having same issue. I scan doc then it says saving as pdf then nothing. I toggle between tabs and still nothing saved. Looked on phone and cloud, still nothing. I'm using an iOS 13.3. On an 11pro.

Sorry for the trouble caused.

 

Could you please provide more details about the issue?

- Did the issue occurs only with the new scans you try to Save as PDF?

- If you switch from the “Recents” to the “All Scans” tab do you see any files?

- Since when the issue started occurring?

- What is the current version of the application?

- Share the OS version n the device.

- It would be helpful if you can share the video recording while reproducing the issue.
