Can't find scans (on phone or online) from years ago...lost forever?

I'm unable to find scans from years ago, only ones from 2018 onward. I have looked both online and on my phone. Anyone know what could have happened? And most importantly, how to get those files?

Hi Ginak,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Generally, the files removed only if you have deleted the files or moved it to some other location from the Document Cloud.

As you have mentioned that you are not able to locate the files prior to 2018, please let us know when exactly you have noticed the files are missing.

In the Document Cloud, the scans are saved under the Adobe Scan folder. Please make sure that you have checked the complete list of the files.

Open this link Adobe Document Cloud and sign in with the same Adobe ID that you used for Adobe Scan.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder.

If you are still not able to locate the files, please let us know the following details:

- Application version

- OS version on the device

- Did the files disappear after the recent update?
