Can't log into my android device

I can't log into the app and it appears:

 

Access Denied

You no longer have access to this service. Please contact Adobe Customer Support if you believe this is an error.


Please follow this link.

 

and when I follow "this" link, it requires another login and then it fails again

Hope you are doing well. 


We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better. 

  1.  Make and model of your device? 
  2. Application version? 
       

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Reboot your device and then try. Try to reinstall the app once.
For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.4.0
