Can't Login to Mobile Apps

Every time I try to login to my Adobe Scan app I type in my email and then it automatically begins to redirect me before I can put the password in. It then loads to a page which says okta at the top and "400 Your Request Resulted in an error." The error code listed below is "GENERAL_NONSUCCESS". I have tried to login to another mobile Adobe app and I am getting the same error. I am not sure what to do.

Hi Mirandas,

As per the description mentioned above, it seems you are trying to sign in using Enterprise ID option. Could you please check if you are signing in using "Adobe ID, Personal account" option and not with an Enterprise ID. You may refer to this help doc for more info:

Hi Team, 

I am trying to login usinh my company account on mobile app 'Acrobat Reader', but after authentication,  i am getting an error. Pls see attached. Can u pls suggest?

Hi Mirandas,

As per the description mentioned above, it seems you are trying to sign in using Enterprise ID option. Could you please check if you are signing in using "Adobe ID, Personal account" option and not with an Enterprise ID. You may refer to this help doc for more info:
