Can't save downloaded file on my computer.

Hello community, today I need your help, please.

I scanned a few pages with the adobe scan app. After a few days I had to open the scan again to exchange a few pages. I also highlighted two small items on two different pages.

Now I have to download the file for further use.

I can open the download and it shows on adobe reader. So far there's no problem.

But when I try to save the file on my computer, I always get the information that there is a problem in reading the file. I also tried to print it as a new pdf  but that also didn't work.

Any ideas?
