Greatings from Istanbul 🙋🏽‍♂❤️

I'm using Adobe Scan app on Android device. I opened all of the system permissions for Adobe Scan App in my Smartphone Settings. But I'm still can't not save the scanned documents as .JPEG file to device gallery. How to setup? Can share this info with me, if you have answers, please. I'll glad 🙂

Have a nice day. 🌼

Hello Ulvi,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

Are you getting any error messages when trying to save the file as JPEG? IF yes, please share a screenshot of the error for us to investigate.

Also, you might want to check if Adobe Scan has permission to access the file storage. You can check the permissions from your phone's settings application.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Souvik.
