Question

Can’t search in ALL documents AT ONCE

Hi Adobe Family,

I started scanning my paper documents today.

OCR works fine and I can search for words in any single document. But it doesnt work to search for a text in all documents at once. As I understood this should be possible as well.
Can anyone help me please?

Thank you!

Hi All,

Thank you for reaching out and hope you are doing well.

As per your description above, you wish to search the text on all documents at once.

Just to confirm when you say all documents, do you mean multiple documents scanned and saved as one PDF? Or are you referring to search text on all saved scans in Adobe Scan application?

If you are referring to the later one, the feature is not available in the application. The search option for all scans only works to search the name of the scanned file. It will not search the text on all documents saved in the application.

You may share your suggestion for this with the team over here: https://adobe.allegiancetech.com/cgi-bin/qwebcorporate.dll?XTGK8H

Hope that the information helps.

Let us know if you have any questions or you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
