Can’t send file on whatsapp

I don't know what you guys done with the app but I have to send an important document but due to some bug and can't sent it this is what you done.This is so offensive.I love this app from bottom of my heart, but this really heartbreaking scenario for me. So I request you to please fix it I will always be grateful for you.

Hi @Yogeshwar5D2D,

 

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that you are not able to send a document out on whatsapp. We tried to reproduce the issue but it is working fine. Would you mind sharing some more details to undestand the issue better?

1. Is threre an error message?

2.  Is it happening with a particular file or with all files?

3. If possible, could you share some screenshots of the issue.

Also, please update the Adobe Scan application to the latest version, and check if it is working.

I'm on version 21.07.15
It happens when I try to share a copy to Whatsapp, then after selecting the recipient, the "send" button doesn't appear anymore. Instead, it shows the "share" button again, getting me to a loop where I have to select the recipient again, and the whole process repeat.
It is happening with all files

Respected All Adobe Team,

 

since Last 4/5 Days , I couldn't send documents via what's app. 

Requesting you to please fix this issue , It will be highly appreciated as documents sending through what's app is immensely saving time.
