Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing issue in sending scans via email?

If yes, please let us know what happens when you try to send the scanne PDF as an email attachment? Do you get any error messages?

Share the application and OS version with us. Also, let us know the exact workflow you do to send the scans.
