I hope you are doing well and sorry for the delayed response.
As described, you get a prompt to subscribe even though you're already subscribed and logged in.
Please ensure you're logged into the same account you used to purchase the subscription. Sometimes people have multiple accounts and log into the wrong one by mistake.
Try restoring the purchase. Tap on the profile icon > Subscription > Restore purchase, reboot the device once, and see if that works.
Also, try logging out of the application, rebooting the device, and re-logging in with the correct Adobe ID to see if that works.
