Cancel Adobe Scan Premium, Access to Documents in Cloud Storage

Hello!

I'm thinking about cancelling my Adobe Scan Premium subscription as I don't need the premium version at the moment. But then I will also lose access to my cloud storage. Is it possible to regain access to the cloud storage and the documents stored there if I reactivate my premium account someday?

Best wishes

Hi @Franziska28437627i8x8,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Even if you cancel the subscription, you will still have access to the free quota of storage, that is, 5GB of storage.

If it goes beyond the given free storage quota, those files will be frozen unless you upgrade your storage.

Hope this clarifies your question.

Thank you for this very helpful answer!

"Frozen" in that case means the files can be "reactivated" once I renew my premium subsription?

@Franziska28437627i8x8, Yes! The files will be available once you renew your subscription.
