Question

Cancellation/Refund

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Scan Premium through the Google store on my phone, I went back and cancelled the subscription after a couple of days as it wasn't as useful as I'd hoped.

Unfortunately it seems that there was an error or the cancellation didnt go through as I now have a pending charge for  $104.99 on my card. As soon as I noticed the charge I went back to the google store and found that the original cancellation can't have gone through.

Im hoping that since I cancelled the same day it tried to charge my card and have not used the app at all that I can be refunded as the issue was a technical error.

Trying to navigate the website for help is useless, hence posting here. The Adobe website tells me to refer queries to Google but they then refer me back to Adobe......some clarity would be great
