Cannot

Hi I have Adobe scan and when I try to send files via email it shows that the recipient is seeing "the files have been removed or you don't have access. Contact the document owner to request access" this has never happened before and I am wondering what has changed. On the link she receives it says "OMselectionmarkerstart~!!~OMselectionmarkerEnd~!"........ this has never showed up before.
