Cannot download scan folder

Question

I have been trying to download my folder with 700+ documents unto my desktop but it just gives me an error message saying that the folder may have been removed and cannot be downloaded but it clearly isn't since it's still on my scan folder. Image provided below, has anyone have a solution to this?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

As described, you are getting the error 'folder may have been removed' while trying to download the Adobe Scan folder, please login to document cloud here https://adobe.ly/3DRpvAL and go to Documents tab > Scan and check if the folder is still listed there. If yes, you may try to download the Folder from here and see if that works.
